The School of Graduate Education and Professional Studies used to be called the School of Advanced Education. It was first established on September 9, 1988 as the Advanced Education Section of MSC’s School of Education based on MSC Board of Trustees Resolution No. 7, series of 1988.
The goals of SGEPS is to prepare competent professional leaders who commit themselves to effect positive change to the community and responsive in providing efficient and excellent leadership in public and private sectors
