Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — In the spirit of the joyous Christmas season, Graduate Students from Marinduque State University’s (MarSU) Graduate School prepared and distributed gift packs to 19 Special Education (SPED) students at Marinduque National High School (MNHS). This annual gift-giving event is a cherished community outreach initiative led by Dr. Leodegario M. Jalos, Jr., together with his class in the Psycho-Philosophical Foundation in Education. Over the years, this modest tradition has benefited various groups, including pre-school learners, learners’ parents, selected senior citizens, and the Muslim community.
